Yesterday, I woke up incredibly early in order to attend the "March for Life" in Washington DC. For those of you who are out of the loop on the March, it's a creepy event that many radical EXTREMIST christian (and others... maybe...) peoples participate in to protest Abortion. I have no general opinion on Abortion. I could take it or leave it. Actually, it wasn't that bad. A lot of the people were nice, except for the FREAKS.
The FREAKS made these gross signs of post-abortion babies (very graphic pictures) and were holding them up for the thousands of Pro-Life marchers to gaze at in awe. It was retarded because everyone participating in the March was already Pro-Life. Well, except for me. Oh, and I participated because I was required to for a Social Action project for some class I'm taking.
(to the girl in the picture: um... congratz?)It was kind of fun, despite the cold and the rain in DC. I mean, I caught a little viral infection, but nothing too serious. And we went to the amazing buffet The Golden Corral and for dinner I ate a large slice of corn bread (you know that really good kind they have at EVERY SINGLE buffet EVER) and a piece of shit pizza. Shit pizza is okay when you're in the mood for it, and I was only slightly in the mood for it. They had really good cookies too.
Obviously I was really tired after putting in a 16 hour day, (7-11... I was awake as long as the great convenience store of the same name was open! OMG!) and when I woke up I had the unfortunate task of going to school. It was my last day of classes for the semester numero uno of yearo numero lasto of high schoolo, but I have finals tomorrow and friday. BOOOOOOOOO.
And then I had to go to cold stone and work from 3-9:30. Yay money. Boo work! Boo work again with a cold and an open injury on my right thumb which makes it really hard to scoop ice cream and do everything else at cold stone.
